Serena Cheung returns to Lenovo as the General Manager of Hong Kong and Macau. She will lead and oversee Lenovo’s intelligent devices, solutions, and services businesses in Hong Kong and Macau. She will also help accelerate Lenovo’s transformation into a Services Lead Company. She strongly believes that Lenovo’s strong market share and footprint in intelligent devices and its innovative technology, solutions and service offerings will empower customers and partners to transform and become more competitive.

Serena joins Lenovo from Microsoft Hong Kong, where she most recently was the Public Sector Group Lead. She directly managed Microsoft’s relationship with the government and customers from the education and healthcare sectors while growing Microsoft Hong Kong’s cross-border partner and start-up ecosystem across different industries, including retail, property development, finance, and healthcare. Before this role, she spearheaded the partner strategy and managed the sales and marketing solutions for small to medium business customers as Lead for One Commercial Partner and Small, Medium and Corporate Customers.

Serena led marketing and branding at Lenovo, joining in 2004 after its acquisition of IBM’s PC business. As Director of Brand, she managed high-level responsibilities that encompassed areas typically overseen by marketing or operational leaders in Hong Kong.

Serena has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in History, from the University of Hong Kong.

張苑瑩女士再次加入Lenovo,擔任香港及澳門區總經理,領導Lenovo香港及澳門區智能設備業務和方案及服務業務,將會帶領Lenovo加速轉型為服務主導的科技企業。她深信, Lenovo藉著在智能設備業務的強大市場佔有率和影響力,加上旗下各種創新技術、解決方案和服務,將能夠協助客戶和夥伴實現轉型,提升競爭力。

在加入Lenovo之前,張女士曾在Microsoft香港擔任公共事業部總監,專責管理Microsoft與政府部門,以及教育和醫療行業客戶的關係,同時亦推動及培育跨境合作夥伴和初創生態系統,以及發展包括零售、地產、金融服務及醫療行業的業務。在此之前,她曾任Microsoft香港合作夥伴暨商務事業部總監,領導合作夥伴策略的製定,以及負責帶領團隊制定及推行一系列針對中小型企業客戶的產品營銷方案。

她在2004年在Lenovo收購IBM個人電腦業務後,加入Lenovo,並負責市務及品牌工作。作為品牌總監,她負責各種關鍵職務,涵蓋在香港企業市務或營運總監通常管理的領域。

張女士持有香港大學文學士學位,主修歷史。
