Charlotte Wong is a seasoned banking and technology professional with over 20 years of experience. Since joining HSBC in 2001, Charlotte has held several key leadership positions across technology teams at global, region and market levels, in Global Markets, Securities Services, Wholesale and Personal & Wealth Banking. In her role as the Chief Information Officer Hong Kong, she takes leading role to drive technology resilience and transformation agenda.

Charlotte is very passionate in driving the diversity and inclusion agenda in technology sector and how technology could enable quality and assessable education. She takes a leading role in organizing the first Women-In-Tech lounge in the HK FinTech Week 2023. She also acts as the technology advisor of an EdTech start-up in Hong Kong, the industry advisor for the FutureGen Young Women Leader Award, and the chairperson of the FACE Club of Hong Kong Computer Society. She was named as one of the ASEAN CIO 100 awardees in 2023, and one of the World CIO 200 awardees in 2024.
