Jimmy has over 25 years’ experience in IT consulting and delivery. His current position is Chief IT Services Manager in the MTR Corporation responsible for the strategy and management of the IT end user services and infrastructure including the data centers, Cloud, systems, storages and network.

Before joining MTR, Jimmy has held various senior delivery positions in some large IT companies such as EDS and HP responsible of managing regional delivery teams to provide IT services to different customers across multiple industries in Asia Pacific.

Jimmy received his Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia and received his Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong. He is one of the EXCO members of the Enterprise Architecture Specialist Group (EASG) of the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) since 2018 and has supported many industry events and promoted the development of Enterprise Architecture in Hong Kong.
