NOTES TO DELEGATES
The Conference Registration hours will start from 08:15 to 09:00 on 23-24 November. Delegate can bring along his/ her business card to obtain the identification badge at the Registration Counter.
Information and Services
Should any information or services be required, please contact the Conference Secretariat at the Enquiry Counter, the Convention Foyer, from 09:00 - 17:40 on 23-24 November 2011.
For security reasons and for the purpose of better service, please wear the identification badge at all times during the Conference. The identification badge will serve as the delegate’s admission to all Conference Sessions and Luncheons.
Business suit or equivalent is recommended throughout the Conference.
English is the official language of the Conference.
Delegates should take good care of their personal belongings. Do not leave them unattended. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of your attendance at the Conference may be issued upon request. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at the Enquiry Counter for the arrangement.
The Conference shall be immediately cancelled if the typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the Conference. The morning session will be cancelled if the typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is still issued at 06:00; the afternoon session will be cancelled if the above weather conditions persist at 11:30. Further arrangement due to such situation will be noticed.
