Web-based Education Learning System (WELS)

WELS provides a one-stop platform where teachers and primary school students can together create an effective teaching and learning environment, customising it as required to meet the needs of different groups of students.

It is rich in functions, supporting course administration, course curriculum design, multi-media course content development, course material management, and assignment release and control, as well as feedback and analysis learning results. It strengthens language learning and helps schools address the challenge of introducing e-books and e-resources into the curriculum and blended learning. It is in daily use by thousands of students and their teachers in more than 40 Hong Kong schools.
