FlexWorkflow

This workflow management system has integrated e-Form design capabilities. It is currently deployed to serve more than 100 customers, most of whom are based in Hong Kong. It has been developed on the .NET 3.5 framework using the latest Silverlight technology from Microsoft, and FlexSystem has more than 200 local software developers on its 300-strong staff.

The functionalities of the product include an organisational role definition chart, advanced document image visual effects, a workflow design engine and e-Form development tools. These modules are supported by data integration tools which can exchange data with other application systems. In the process of implementing the product in more than 100 organisations from different industry sectors, the company has gained rich experience in improving the product to fit an increasingly wide range of needs.
