On behalf of all members of the Panel of Judges, I would like to express our heartfelt congratulations to the winners of the IT Excellence Awards 2001.

We were extremely delighted to find that both the quality and scope of the 53 entries are all of a high standard. So much so that it was a very difficult task for the Panel to come to a final decision. Indeed all those entering the final round of selection were excellent examples for other local IT providers to model on.

I would also like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to the Organizing Committee for all its efforts and dedication in bringing this auspicious event to the local community. The initiative and determination of the Hong Kong Computer Society in promoting the local IT development cannot be overemphasized. The invaluable contributions it has rendered the Hong Kong community over the years should be highly appreciated.

Please keep up the good work and the Panel wishes the Hong Kong Computer Society the very best in its future endeavors.
