Each entrant should complete the entry form and return it on or before 5:00pm on 16 April 2004 to the Organizer. The HKCS Assessment Team will conduct preliminary screening of the applications or products to shortlist entries for the second round of assessment. Shortlisted entries will be invited to make a 15-minute presentation on their submission to the Assessment Team. Visits will be made to inspect the application in a typical working environment. The applicant will be responsible for demonstrating the application in operation. The assessors will also interview the users on site. Entries will be shortlisted for final judging by the Panel of Judges.
