The HKICC is an annual event organised by the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS). Its goal is to bring together IT professionals and business and government leaders from all over the world to explore the opportunities that information technology can offer, sharing successes and insight. More than 500 delegates attended last year's conference, representing a variety of local and overseas public and private sector organisations.

Watch international experts unveil their "blueprints" for a better digital future at HKICC2008!

IT has helped to put Hong Kong on the map as a world financial centre and a regional business hub. However, maintaining regional leadership in the face of unrelenting change calls for in-depth understanding and careful planning.

That's where HKICC2008 comes in with its theme of "Innovation - Creating Our Digital Future". The two-day event will provide a forum where stakeholders - Business, Government and IT professionals - can showcase successes and debate developments in keynote sessions and parallel tracks covering four broad areas:

- Future Lifestyles
- Next Generation Communications, Networks and Technologies
- Financial Services and Security
- IT in the Community
