For 36 years, the Hong Kong International Computer Conference has been the flagship ICT event in Hong Kong, showcasing the development of our innovators, and providing a platform to demonstrate our professional excellence and industry best practice, and thereby disseminating the latest knowledge in ICT and its management to the industry as well as the public. The HKICC has thus developed itself to be the exemplary platform for collaboration among all industry practitioners, supporting to realise Hong Kong as a leading digital city in Hong Kong, or even the world.

So, I like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for what HKICC and the Hong Kong Computer Society has achieved and contributed to Hong Kong in the past, and look forward to the continued success of the Conference this year and more fruitful exchange.
