In today’s technology-driven environment and dynamic business landscape, most enterprise IT investments require a strong return-on investment (ROI) justification. Businesses are expected to churn out new business capabilities all the time with technology used as a strategic vehicle of delivery. IT Architects are responsible for architecting the enterprise technology blueprint to that of the organizations’ goals and objectives, bringing value to the business. IT roles and functions have changed in the last decade from a business enabler to become a strategic necessity, thus helping enterprises to improve in their business capabilities.

This session will provide an overview on Digital EA framework, TOGAF®, which covers practical application and basic knowledge on how it can be applied to deliver business values and capabilities through successful implementation of Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO).

Aaron Tan Dani has a strong passion and belief in driving continuous digital transformation journey through establishing Enterprise Architecture as a culture.

With over 25 years of global experience working in various vertical industries, Aaron is an Accredited Trainer for TOGAF 9.1, ArchiMate 3.0, and IASA CITA-F, IASA CITA-A and also the co-author of the IASA IT Architecture Body of Knowledge (ITABoK). He holds a master of technology from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences from the UWA.
