Mr. Edward Zou is the Managing Director of Motorola Global Software Group (GSG) China Center. With the company since 1993, he manages a product portfolio ranging from mobile handset software, automotive solutions, network infrastructure software, to software engineering tools and test technologies.
Mr. Zou also serves as the product director of Embedded Product and System within Motorola Software Group worldwide. His major achievements included propelling GSG China from CMM(R) Level 5 to CMMI(R) Level 5 (first in China), 40% business growth and 30% margin annually since 1993, 100% on time delivery of all programs with high quality, and customer satisfaction score of 90%.
His public services include Standing Director of the China Software Industry Association, and consultant to Peking University's software school. He holds a BSc (Mathematics) from Peking University, an MSc (Computer Science and Engineering) from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Mr. Raymond WONG is the Assistant Director of the Immigration Department in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), China, in charge of development and management of information systems. He joined the department in 1972, was instrumental for the implementation of numerous important IT projects, including the Travel Document Information System for the HKSAR passport; the Information Systems Strategy Review; and the Smart Identity Card Information System.
He is now responsible for the implementation of the Updated Information Systems Strategy, comprising innovative projects like Automated Passenger/Vehicle Clearance Systems, Easy Application and Investigation System, Electronic Records Programme, and Biometric Passport System.
Mr. Wong has degrees in Laws, Management, Information Systems, and Business Administration. He is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration.

Ms. Judy Bamberger has 20 years' experience developing software, leading teams, teaching, and developing organisation-wide leaders. An independent consultant, she specializes in project management, process definition and improvement, quality techniques, team building, facilitation, and managing change.
Ms. Bamberger has performed numerous assessments and created a CMM(R) /CMMI(R) gap analysis method that is highly reliable and cost-effective. This method complies with ARC Class B/C requirements. She assisted her clients with improvement plans based on assessment results, which enabled them to meet their strategic business goals and increase their maturity levels.
Ms. Bamberger is a key author of the CMM and is an Authorized Lead Assessor. She provides workshops in the CMM, the CMMI, Personal Software Process, and numerous software engineering, management, and leadership subjects.
