Special Interest Divisions (SIDs)
The Special Interest Division (SID) of the HKCS is essential to the development of our ICT professionals in their expertises in different areas of interests. SID would try their utmost to organise topical events to deal with the newly emerging areas of importance, giving HKCS members great opportunities to enhance and strengthen their roles in the Hong Kong ICT industry. SID has 8 Special Interest Groups (SIGs) with each one focusing on a particular technology theme. Also, it has invited experienced advisors for major industries in HK to give us guidance and support to bridge technologies and businesses in these respective industries.
