The Council report of the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) for 2008-2009 covers the activities of the Society during the term of office of the 39th HKCS Council. There were seven Council Members re-elected and two new Council Members, Ir. Dr. Samson Tam, JP and Mr. Alfred Wong appointed. Meanwhile, Mr. Stephen Lau had resigned and Mr. Roy Chan had stepped down from the HKCS Council.
