Dr. Winnie Tang holds a PhD from The University of Hong Kong. She is the President of Internet Professional Association (iProA). She is the Founder and CEO of ESRI China (Hong Kong) Limited, one of the international offices of ESRI, and the 4th largest privately-owned software company in the world. She is one of the highly regarded leaders in IT industry in Asia. In Hong Kong, she is a frequent guest speaker and guest professor for universities grooming our future IT talents and professionals. She is one of the pioneers bringing the latest GIS solutions to the public and private sectors which has significant contributions to the betterment of quality of our life.
