Mr. Wilfred Tan is the Country Director of the NCS Hong Kong office since 2003. He is currently overseeing the Hong Kong and Macau operations and business development. Mr. Tan joined NCS (Singapore), a SingTel wholly owned subsidiary, in 1994 and has held various key positions especially in the area of Customs and Trade Logistic. He was one of the key members in-charge of the Singapore mission critical systems - TradeNet.

Mr. Tan was posted to Hong Kong in year 2000 overseeing 1st Hong Kong turnkey project, namely the Hong Kong EDI for Cargo Manifest Systems (EMAN). Since then, Mr. Tan has assisted the company in growing its Hong Kong operation.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor Degree in Computing Science from Curtin University, Australia and a Master Degree in Software Engineering from National University of Singapore.
