Rocky is Deputy General Manager of Information Technology of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. He is responsible for driving strategic IT resources and activities to support corporate goals and demonstrate IT values for business. With 21 years in IT and banking industry, Rocky has strong experience in IT governance for large-scale corporates.

Additionally, Rocky has solid experience in IT system consolidation and data centre consolidation for corporate restructuring and M & A activities.

Mr Leung holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong.
