Mr. Peter Yan (任景信) is the Executive Director of Computer and Technologies Holdings Ltd., a publicly listed company in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (code:0046). Mr. Yan is in charge of various IT practices for the group, including Solutions Services, Application Products, e-Services and Business Process Outsourcing Services covering HK and the mainland China. Under his leadership, the group’s services business has achieved strong and sustained growth in the past years.

Mr. Yan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining C&T in 2000, he was the Chief Operations Officer of Tradelink Electronic Commerce Services Ltd. Prior to Tradelink, Mr. Yan has extensive system consulting experience with Accenture in the finance and logistics industries.

Peter has served the Computer Society in various roles in the past 12 years, as Chairman of the e-Business Specialist Group, VP for Professional Development, VP for Membership and most recently VP for Policy and Communications. Mr Yan obtained his Business Administration Bachelor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and received Global Leadership Executive Education in the Harvard Business School. Mr. Yan is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society.
