Mr. Peter Yan is the Chief Executive Officer of Computer and Technologies Solutions Limited and Global e-Business Services Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of Computer and Technologies Holdings Ltd. which is publicly listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, code:0046). Mr. Yan is in charge of various IT service practices for the C&T group, including IT Solutions Services, Development Services, Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing Services and Trade Transaction Services. These practices includes various long-term Government outsourcing contracts of over HKD 300m and standing offer agreements with major local private enterprises like the Airport Authority (AA), MTR Corporation (MTRC), China Light and Power (CLP), Hong Kong Monetory Authority (HKMA), Shui On Group (ShuiOn), Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), etc.

Mr. Yan has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining C&T, he was the Chief Operations Officer of a major e-Commerce service provider in Hong Kong. He has also many years of system consulting experience with Accenture in the finance and logistics industries.

Mr. Yan has participated extensively in industry and community services. He was the Vice President of the Hong Kong Computer Society from 2003-2007, responsible for membership and professional development matters for the Society. He also sits in the scholarship vetting committee of the Harvard Business School HK Association Andy Choa Scholarship. He is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Code of Practice for Recognised Certification Authority for the OGCIO and the Continuing Education Fund (CEF) Industry Group. In addition, Mr Yan is a member of various advisory committees.

Mr Yan was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has received Executive Education in the Harvard Business School. Mr. Yan is currently a Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society.
