Dr. Ng is the Chairman of Titanium Group (NASDAQ BB: TTNUF) responsible for determining corporate vision, formulating business strategies, establishing global alliances, mergers & acquisition for the Group. He attained a Post-doctor research from Beijing Tsinghua University in 2004, specialized in Proactive Computing. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and in 2002 with a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Currently, Dr. Ng is the vice-president of Hong Kong Computer Society and the Adjunct Associate Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He is a member of Changchun Municipal People's Political Consultative Committee and All-China Youth Federation. He was also the committee member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Media and Communication Committee in 2002. He was awarded "Ten Outstanding Young Digi Person" in 2000 and "Innovative Entrepreneur of Year 2003". Under his leadership, Titanium Group has been named to the Deloitte "Technology Fast 50 in China 2006" placing 28th out of 50 with growth of 234 percent over a three-year period. Also, PC Magazine named Titanium's flagship product - FaceOK - as Finalist in the Security Infrastructure category for the "Best of COMDEX 2003" award in November 2003. Dr. Ng has published a number of international journals and conference articles in the area of Biometrics technology and Proactive Computing.
