During his 12-year tenure with EMC, Leung has played an integral role in driving the company's brand awareness and gaining market share in Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to EMC, Leung spent seven years with Sun Microsystems as general manager for Hong Kong and Macau, where he led the drive towards the continuous growth and development of the business operations.

Leung holds various community posts in China and Hong Kong. He is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Yangjiang, Guangdong and vice chairman of Hong Kong Yangjiang Commercial and Industrial Association, helping facilitate the interactions and communications between Hong Kong and Guangdong. Leung also serves as a vice president of the Hong Kong Internet Professional Association, chairman of the executive committee of Hong Kong Green ICT Consortium and executive committee member of the Hong Kong Management Association - IT Management Club, making contributions to the ICT industry in Hong Kong.
