Mr. Eric Yeung is the Founder and Executive Director of Flex-Logic Ltd, a subsidiary of FlexSystem Holdings (HK GEM: 8050). Flex-Logic Ltd is a prime provider of leading workflow and document management systems, specialized in the automation of complex business processes. Its clients include the HKSAR government, banks and multi-national enterprises.

Mr. Eric Yeung received a bachelor degree in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and became a Certified Information System Auditor since 2003. He also holds a master degree in E-business and a MBA degree from CUHK. He is now a Ph.D. candidate of Bulacan State University.
