Ms Cally Chan is the General Manager, Technology Services, Technology Solutions Group for HP Hong Kong. She is responsible for leading wide variety of HP technology services portfolio in Hong Kong and Macau, including product support, network and mobility, infrastructure consulting and implementation, mission critical facility as well as education services.

With nearly 19-years of expertise earned from various business units in HP Technology Solutions Group, Cally was promoted to her current position since Aug 2007 with thorough market-understanding and insightful vision.

Before that, Cally left her success management footprints in a couple of business units. In 2004, Cally was the Country Manager of Outsourcing Services. With her profound leadership, the team not only achieved remarkable growth of order, revenue, and profit margin, but also gained a couple of external award recognitions-Silver Award from HK Association of Customer Services Excellence, Internal Support Category and "Outsourcing team of the year" award from Asia Pacific Customer Services Consortium.

In her capacity as Enterprise Infrastructure Practice Manager in 2003, Cally took up a stretch role to develop IT consulting business in Shenzhen and also led the e-Security Center in Hong Kong. These tasks gained significant visibility and momentum in Hong Kong as well as Asia Pacific and Japan.

Cally's passion for IT industry can be further proved by her achievement in obtaining the High Achiever awards in both 1995 and 2000. Also, her passion for technology servicing is not bound within HP. With the ultimate goal of fostering customer service excellence in Hong Kong society, Cally has been serving as an officer-bearer of Hong Kong Association for Customer Services Excellence, a non-profit seeking organization, since Aug 2007.
