Mr. John C Tsang, JP, the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government, presented the 2012-13 Budget to the Legislative Council today. Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS), being the key IT professional association in Hong Kong, would like to find out the overall response to the Budget within the ICT industry, as well as additional suggestions to help the Government further enhance the development of this industry.
