About Intellectual Capital Management (ICM):
The World Bank notes that 85% of the total value of modern enterprises may be attributable to intangible assets. Hence the ability to transform intangible assets into sustainable competitiveness holds the key to business success. Organizations can make use of effective Intellectual Capital Management (ICM), coupled with appropriate business strategies, convert intangible assets such as intellectual property, trademark, business reputation, invention, copyright and secret recipe, etc. into wealth to sustain business growth.
About Organizational Learning (OL):
Organizational learning (OL) is about the way an organization learns and adapts. In Organizational Development, learning is a characteristic of an adaptive organization, i.e., an organization that is able to sense changes in signals from its environment (both internal and external) and adapt accordingly. The main goal of Organizational Learning (OL) is to learn from experience and incorporate the learning as feedback into the planning process within an organization.
